YRP National Board (February 5, 2026) – Young Risk Professionals (YRP) is excited to announce the official launch of its new chapter in Richmond, Virginia, marking a significant expansion of the organization's mission to foster a supportive community for young insurance professionals across the country.

The YRP Richmond Chapter is led by a distinguished group of leaders committed to establishing YRP's presence in Virginia's insurance hub. The chapter is led by Chair, Mitch Penny (Marsh MMA), Vice Chair, Zac Landress (RT Specialty), Director of Finance, Ben Boas (Markel), Director of Professional Development, Kaytee Fox (Verus Insurance), Director of Student Relations & Co-Director of Marketing, Mallory Keck-Wilson (Marsh MMA), Director of Outreach, Logan Wolfe (Markel), and Director at Large, Caleb Johnson (Gen Re).
