Leadership Summit 2025

The third annual Young Risk Professionals Leadership Summit is November 5-7, 2025, in Dallas, TX at the Omni Frisco at the Star. 

This is an exclusive opportunity to network with young risk and insurance professionals from across the country on all sides of the industry.

Why should you attend?

The 2023 & 2024 Leadership Summits were huge successes! We had over 100 young risk professionals from around the U.S. gather for three days of networking, education and mentoring. We heard from esteemed executives, risk managers from well-known companies like Disney & Hard Rock, The Hard Market, and our peers.  We invite you to join us in 2025!

Open to all members of YRP - $500 Registration Fee

Space is limited. Price increases to $650 after August 31, 2025 (pending availability)

Registration is non-refundable but is transferable prior to August 31, 2025. Please contact Whitney Harris (contact@youngriskprofessionals.org) if you need to request a transfer of registration. Hotel transfer will be the responsibility of the requesting party.

    • 12:30pm                              Lunch & learn for YRP Chairs & Vice Chairs

    • 3:00pm – 5:00pm            Kick off sessions for all YRP attendees

    • 6:00pm                                Cocktail reception

    • Morning                               Breakfast

    • 8:30am                                 Morning sessions begin

    • 12:30pm – 5:00pm          Lunch & learn followed by afternoon sessions

    • 6:00pm                                 Cocktail hour followed by dinner and awards

  • Friday, November 7 

    • 9:30am                               Farewell brunch

Omni Frisco at the Star has a pre-negotiated room block with YRP and your hotel link will be sent directly to your email once you have completed registration. In order to guarantee the discounted rate, please book your room early!
