Leadership Summit 2024
The second annual Young Risk Professionals Leadership Summit is November 6-8, 2024 in Boca Raton, FL at The Boca Raton and is open to all YRP members.
This is an exclusive opportunity to network with young risk and insurance professionals from across the country on all sides of the industry.
Why should you attend?
The 2023 inaugural Leadership Summit was a huge success! We had 100 young risk professionals from around the U.S. gather for three days of networking, education and mentoring. We heard from esteemed executives, Disney World risk managers, The Hard Market, and our peers. The week was so fun that we wanted to stay the weekend to enjoy friendships at a great resort and continue building on YRP relationships old and new. We invite you to join us in 2024!

We will be releasing the application to YRP members in a few weeks, so stay tuned! Make sure you are a member of YRP by clicking "Join YRP" on the upper righthand corner, and you will be added to our email list. There is limited capacity as the Summit is meant to be a focused, intentional and purposeful event for our attendees.
Tickets and Registration
Registration is now open! Once you receive your invite, please complete the registration link by the deadlines below. We have limited spots this year and they are already filling up quickly!
NEW! Early Bird Registration - $350. Deadline to register is June 1.
Open Registration - $500. Deadline to register is August 1.
There is limited capacity and we expect the Summit to sell out.

The Boca Raton is a first class, beautiful resort, and we are moving to the Cloister side of the resort this year. The nightly group rate is $390 + taxes/fees, and we will release the booking link upon registering for the Summit.
A complimentary shuttle (bus or boat) transports you between the Beach Club and the Cloister.
The discounted rate is available for three days before and after the Summit. Some YRP members will elect to extend their stay through the weekend since last year was such a blast. We will be sure to connect those who do.
